It's not but if you pay attention to TV, magazine ads and celebrities you would believe it is. Inner beauty is everything. No matter what a person looks like on the outside if they don't have inner beauty they are not a keeper.

Either in a relationship or as a friend.

For me inner beauty comes first since outer one could be lost but inner one stays with the person for their entire Life.
