In many states, unless the girlfriend cries "rape" the guy has no worries. Even if you'd have sex with him, who is going to know unless you say something? Even parents.

In many states, can't press charges against a man of 19 who is dating a 15 year old (unless she is retarded or has some disability which makes her incapable of making decisions). The girls/victims have to come forward and report the man to the authorities. Perhaps you could do some online resarch about the laws in Louisiana for minors dating adults?
