No noticeable differences, yes 64bit OS's let you use more ram, but on 32bit while 3.25gb is the max you won't even reach that much when gaming. So the guy who said more ram 8-16gb means better graphics and less loading times couldn't be wronger.
32 bit windows xp supports max 4GB RAM. 64 bit can use 8-16GB RAM. 64 bit processors (dual core,etc..)can use max with 64 bit windows operating systems.
But some applications games not support 64bit, if we have 64 bit windows operating system but some applications use 32 bit method.
