55% of obama's senate voting record is "Not Voting." How is this actual experience as a senator if he didn't?

I live in that part of CA and what you say is exactly right. There has been a water war here for years. I am on the side of the farmer HOWEVER this is NOT the way to get our water back.

If Costa and Cardoza think this will help them at home they are sadly mistaken. We won't know the true number and nature of all the bribes for years probably. But we will find out.
