Insufficient question description IMHO. :>( 1) The work done ON the car by the brakes is negative. 2) The work done BY the brakes is positive.

Therefore asking "how much work is done" w/o a further description of that work begs the question. {Pay attention...is NOT the way to best describe which answer 1) or 2) is to be given}.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
