Update OK, without a budget you're pretty much limited to upgrading the graphics card and maybe power supply. CPU upgrades are too costly. Open your computer case and read the label on your power supply.
Is it 300 watts, 450 watts etc? Even the best Radeon 4600 series graphics card is below what's needed to play current games really well. So your last birthday's upgrade will need to be upgraded again. On the bright side, you might be able to sell your current card.
If your power supply is only 300-350 watts, the best card you can install ins a Radeon HD 6670. The Radeon HD 5670 is almost as fast, but costs considerably less: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... If you have a 450W or higher power supply, you can install one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131434 Here's a decent low-cost power supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182044 I recommend downloading SIW, that can give a detailed report on all of your computer's hardware. In particular we'd want to know your motherboard model and graphics card model.

I might be able to help you with specific parts but I can help you with good references to help you out with picking and buying parts. When looking for new parts I always like to refer to the newest version of the falcon guide. Www.tinyurl.com/falconguide and when buying parts I always like to refer to newegg, of course more sites are listed on the falcon guide for buying parts.
Www.newegg.com www.newegg.ca Anyways always make sure your power supply isnt over doing it, it doesn't matter how good the quality of the power supply is when your trying to draw out more power then it can take. Good Luck don't blow yourself up.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
