A friend has a focal schwannoma (nerve sheath tumor). Any thoughts on hospital/doctors for a second opinion?

She's been told she should head to L.A. for surgery to remove the fortunately benign tumor, but will be left with some degree of facial paralysis. Very hard for anyone, but as she's a high school teacher, it may leave her unemployed. We can't help but wonder if there are other options and don't know where to begin.

Any advice would be much appreciated. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
