A good budget in-ear model noise cancellation earphones?

To pair with my mp3 player, I'm looking for a good earphone that I can use in noisy public settings: in buses, in gyms, etc. So I don't want anything bulky, probably a in-ear model. What's more, I mostly listen to podcasts and news so the audio quality / fidelity is not the priority. It just needs to help to screen out the surrounding noise.

Im not sure if you can find Noise Cancelling for under 100 bucks?! Curiously though, why do you want to cancel noise if your only listening to podcast, etc ...? Ive bought so many various brands and found that Sony has a good combination of quality for the price! Ive gone through several pairs over a number of years ... I use em daily and im not gentle on my stuff at all.My last pair has so-far lasted me 2+ years! Enjoy!
