According to our legal system, you must be found guilty by a jury of your peers. Did that happen? Was there even a trial?
Did the girl come forward and drop the charges? I'm not chiming in on my personal opinion of whether I think he's guilty or not and I have a couple of opinions about it. Simply, was he found guilty and convicted of a crime?
No he was not. Therefore, he doesn't belong in jail. If every likely criminal or every suspect with a little bit of evidence against them was incarcerated, then nobody would be on the streets.
I understand I'm exaggerating. The point remains the same. Throwing someone in prison is not subjective.
It can't be done with emotion or because someone seems guilty. Facts or no facts. Jury or no jury.
In this case, no jury found him guilty. He's free. Open and shut.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
