I'm not sure how that's supposed to work, replacing nicotine with nicotine, but I guess some people do it and then wean off the e-cig. Of course tobacco contains more chemicals, but it ultimately comes down to nicotine addiction. E-cig or not, before you go crazy and break down and smoke tobacco, consider the gum or lozenges first.
That's how I got though the first 3 weeks without tobacco. Haven't smoked in 4 years.
I smoked tobacco cigarettes for decades. A few months ago I made the decision to switch to e-cig, when it came in the mail I set the boros aside and never looked back at them. It's the best thing I've done for myself in my entire life.
If you even feel at risk of picking up a cigarette again then hell yes get an e-cig now.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
