Hi It would appear that the installation of the anti-virus has corrupted your operating system.8-(( However the laptop should have a recovery partition on drive D, check your manual on how to access that in order to re-set the pc back to factory condition. Press f8 key and then safe boot system then do system restore or uninstall the antivirus.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
