Actually starting this process called planning a wedding. Any tips, ideas, suggestions on any part of the process?

I recently got married just 2 months ago, and I would suggest starting the planning early and keep it simple. I would also suggest doing some fun prewedding pictures a couple days before or the day before the wedding as that way you get some cool shots and then can just do the typical family pictures, etc.On the wedding day.

Pictures take a lot of time and keep you from your guests and from the food. Also it's a good idea to keep the venue and the dress in line, as you wouldn't want to wear a satin gown with a long train on the beach. You can keep your costs down by doing some things yourself if the venue allows it, for instance, supply your own drink options instead of having the caterer do it, and do something creative for centerpieces that doesn't involve lots of flowers, which can get pricey, and offer a small, unique wedding favor.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
