You want to multiply the rotation matrices in order dependent on the order in which the rotations are applied, if the local rotation is to be applied first (which I suspect it is) then.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
