The address does not have to be entered twice, but if the user/agency wants the information to appear when running a report against either address, then it must be entered. For example, if the address is only entered in Primary Address, it will not appear when running a report against the Mailing address. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
