Depends on who you like more. I mean they are both good it just depends on the individual. Adele is from the UK and Taylor Swift is from the US that is a difference that may or may not have an effect.

Also Adele took time off to have her son, Swift has been going practically nonstop for the past 9 years or so. But records and awards are only part of the equation. Its really actually a small part, if you truly love an artist you are not going to care how many Grammys or MTV awards they have.

You care about their music. Records are meant to be broken, awards are just that an award. At the end of the day its all about whos craft you like more.
