Strength has no direct relation to muscle mass! Even fat wrestlers have so much strength that they can blow and knock out a boxer or a thin fitness athlete. I think what you are trying to distinguish is Endurance, stamina, strength and muscle mass.
All these are different and are indirectly related to one another. Endurance- The capacity to maintain a position and situation or to hold anything for the maximum time tolerated by muscles before the production of lactic acid and then cramping( in easy words giving up). Stamina- Over all strength in doing any task( more endurance=more stamina) and upto what level.
Strength- Energy produced by the mitochondria in a cell as ATP release for the relaxation and contraction of tissues. More the ATP release, more Strength.(this means that more nutritious food = more strength). Muscle mass- Increase in size of the Cell(Hypertrophy) and the number of the cells( hyperplasia).
With high content of taking in fluids and nutrition you can temporarily increase the cell size by swelling it and exercising it and cells will not increase in number so, you can take anabolic hormones which will cause hyperplasia, increase in size number of cells against the genetic code. Then both will increase muscle mass. For eg- A natural bodybuilder increase his muscle mass by making cells full of fluid and food9 swelling them) but can not increase them more than their size and his body develops and then stops to grow.
At this point he who wishes to grow bigger takes anabolic roids which increase not necessarily the size but number of the cells( which otherwise cannot increase) and make a tissue bigger with more cells and hence the tissues make the muscle bigger. As far as the relation of all! Muscle mass will obviously increase strength as there is more cell size & number=more food intake and space =more energy release = strength for working etc. so I hope you got it bro!
Lol The two are different but complementary to each other!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
