Alexander the Great came from a country called Macedonia. There was a lot of controversy a few?

I think that happened because Greece has a region called Macedonia and according to them it is older than the country Macedonia.

Of course it may have to do with the fact that Alexander the Great and his father had their thrones in Athens and were constantly in Greece and never in Macedonia, well, until Alexander went on his crusade that is.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
