1) TIBCO EMS Server should be installed for you to communicate with. + TIBCO Runtime should be installed. 2) For my c# client TIBCO.

EMS dll is enough, nothing else.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
