Am I allowed to put my referral tracker on other people's hubs?

No, although I can't see how you would unless it was as a comment, and that would be a bad idea.

At the very least, it would be tacky and kind of disrespectful.

You can freely put them on your Hubs and Profile.

Plus you can use it on sites in which you have access all over the web. Social networking is great too.

All you have to do is go to the bottom, hit "share" and then "link to this," and there it is, your referral tracker in my hub, or anyone else's hub.

Hubpages would NOT have made it like that if it were not only allowed, but encouraged.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
