Amazon EC2 instance can not be reached after reboot?

Amazon instances change names sometimes between restarts, double check the public dns name that you are using, chances are that it has changed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
