Android Fragment support , java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Fragment(Context,AttributeSet)?

Try fragment tag and name attribute for class name. Also, you've used class name as com.bla. HeaderFragment seems like a typo.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
