I don't know if this will help you, but you can detect programatically screen density. I didn't worked with custom title bar so I don't know if you can change titlesize programatically.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
