Android JPEG to Bitmap = reduction in size?

Your code is decoding a jpeg into a bitmap and then re-compressing it into a jpeg again. The re-compression is likely to be reducing the file size, at the cost of also reducing the quality of the image.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
