Android TranslateAnimation - Moving an image from the right side of the screen into the screen?

This is actually pretty simple. In your layout, position the ImageView to where you want it at the end of the animation and either set its visibility to INVISIBLE or GONE, depending on your layout needs. Then when the event occurs, start a TranslateAnimation with starting coordinates set using RELATIVE_TO_PARENT with the x of 1.0 (all the way to the right) and the destination x coordinates of 0.0 with type RELATIVE_TO_SELF so that your image end up in the position determined by the layout.

Make sure to also turn on the visibility as you start the animation.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
