Another waste of state money in Texas -- UT sues car wash over the shape of its tower. Nothing better to do in Texas? I can't believe that UT has so much money to waste.
Does anyone really think that a car wash will be mistaken for a 30 story building? statesman.com/news/local/ut-jumps-on-car... Asked by ElBanditoRoso 12 months ago Similar questions: waste state money Texas UT sues car wash shape tower Business.

I don't know how much it's really costing them. I mean, lawyers write nasty cease-and-desist letters in their sleep. It's probably only a few hundred dollars worth of legal bills, less if it didn't involve an actual lawyer.
Which is probably didn't, if they're calling it "trademark infringement". Trademarks aren't like copyrights. You have to actually file for one.
Unless they've literally trademarked that tower, I can't see that they have a legal leg to stand on.
The University of Texas should be flattered the guy wants to honor the school. What a bunch of idiots! If I were the judge and this case came before me, I'd stop laughing long enough to throw it out.(Oh yeah, I teach in the UT system - and the people in Austin think they're hot you-know-what!) .
That was my thinking, it's a laughable suit. ElBanditoRoso 12 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
