I just wanted to let you know that your question was very difficult to read and comprehend In my opinion, a good actor will never get stage fright when he or she is on stage. It's perfectly fine to be nervous before a performance, but if you're a good actor you will become your character so thoroughly that you won't even be yourself anymore. When you're in this state of being, it's easy to block out the audience, because all that matters is what is on stage, which is a whole other world So my advice for overcoming stage fright is to work on your acting before you get on stage.
Practice at home and with others so that you know how to get 100% into character and to leave yourself behind. When it's just your character on stage, and not yourself, what do you have to be afraid of?
The absolute best way to get over stage fright is to survive a failure on stage. Once you do that, you'll realize there's nothing to it and you'll be able to get in front of an audience with no problems. I did an open mic poetry reading once that went so bad I ended up freezing and then running off the stage.
But you know what? I lived. I was fine.
And eventually I went back up on that same stage and had the best time. Once you get through the worst thing happening and you look back on it, nothing will ever seem that bad.
I just think "They're people too! " If they are critical of me then they should get up here and do what i'm doing and see how they react.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
