Any legally knowledgeable person out there who can tell me the difference between first degree murder and capital murder?

First degree murder is premeditated. It is a planned murder, not a crime of passion that somebody decides on the spur of the moment. Capital murder is a crime that carries with it the death penalty.

This includes killing a pregnant woman, killing a federal government employee, committing a murder while committing a felony, and a number of other crimes. legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/F... legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/c....

First degree murder is when you pre-plan a murder, like watch someones schedule and go buy a gun and wait for them after work for an example. Capital murder is essentially murder while committing another crime, for example if you murder someone while trying to kidnap someone, that would be capital murder, or if you murder someone that has been sentenced to life in prison that is also capital murder, or if you murder any on duty law enforcement officer and so on. To really understand it you would have to look up the definitions of both.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
