I would by a monitor designed for editing photos... they have a finer pitch (smaller pixel size) and capability to match what ever color space you are using on your images. An example... tThe Dell UltraSharp U2410 is a 24" flat panel for $500. It has factory tuned Adobe RGB and sRGB (color space --- used by Canon Full Frame cameras) and colors vary little with viewing angle.

You can use the Adobe "public domain" program "Adobe Gamma" to color correct any monitor though and make it useable.

The UltraSharp is the one I have been thinking about. Have you used it/ BillFischer 13 months ago .

Thank y9ou for responding. How do these compare with the Dell Ultrasharp? Have you had any experience with these monitors and photoshop?

I find it difficult to determin what stitistics to concentrate on so I have a hard time comparing them without seeing them BillFischer 13 months ago .

I am looking for a good dvd recorder and maybe hdd(dvr) between 200-400 range. Any good recomendations?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
