Ingredients: 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: 1. In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, chocolate and butter.Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Hot Fudge Sauce II (8 servings)
Ingredients: 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 1 cup white sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: 1.Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until mostly melted. Transfer to a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat and stir in sugar, salt and butter. Stir in cream, a little at a time until smooth.
Heat through, without boiling, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Store in refrigerator.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
