Anybody have a recommendations for a camera that's easy to use and takes nice, clear pics?

I have a Optimus DC-5347 Digital Camera, which is a small, digital camera. It takes clear pictures and has auto-focus. We bought my Great Grandma (who is 90) one and even she can use it.It also has white balance functions and can record video.

It's pretty cheap too. I use it to take photos of my jewelry for the online store. Hope this helps!

ComYou can select models and read the professional reviews and read their forums to find out what people really think of the models. The focus however is typically on DSLR's although once or twice a year they do a review of several point and shoot models. I own a lot of cameras.

My current point and shoot is a Samsung that was about $100 and I bought it for the video feature. It takes okay pictures for the money. Not as good as my old Canon Digital Elph.

But Canon used to use larger sensors in their older point and shoots than they do today.

I have sony Cyber Shot with 5MP and I love this camera very much. It's result is outstanding and I am very easy with its usage. It can even take pictures in the dark and the quality in the dark is extra ordinary.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
