Anybody know which is better: Gel or Acrylic nails? and is there really a difference in appearance?

Gel nails do less harm to the nail and look more natural/thinner. Acrylic nails are sometimes bad for the nail bed because of the removal of the top layer of you nail, they also may hold more bacteris under them and soften the existing nail.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
