Anyone ever notice that the overwhelming majority of movies advertised or shown in trailers never make it to theaters?

I have the story behind one of the movies I didn't mention -- the 2010 remake of Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, which was supposed to be out on January 28th. Evidently the company which produced this movie was bought by Disney who decided not to release it because they have too many other unreleased movies. Yes, you are right that sometimes there is a year between a teaser/trailer and their release, and some movies it turns out are released on video eventually .

I'll watch for others as Turbo mentioned one that I mentioned that will be released in March. Yellowdog 55 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
