Easy If we know 4*25=100 then 8*25=200 because if 4 doubles to 8 then 100 doubles to 200. Now your left with 200*23. If we know that 2*23 is 46 then you can add 2 zeros to make it 4600.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
