These allow you to upload the file to their site, and it emails someone a link where they can download the file from. Most emails don't support file attachements that large. Hotmail for example will reject them, so use a service like sendspace.com/ (300 MB limit) or transferbigfiles.com/ (1GB limit).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
