If British English or Canadian English are not listed, click on the Edit List button and add them. You can drag your preferred language to the top of the list. -Carrie.
To change the spell checker in Safari to use different language: - Click on Edit - Spelling and Grammar - Show Spelling and Grammar. A Spelling and Grammar box would appear. - Click on the Canadian English/British English drop down box (located at the bottom of the box - left hand side) and pick different language you preferred.
