Anyone know the recipe for Calypso Cafe's honey-lime sauce?

Are you sure it is not Honey-Ginger sauce, because I have been to Calypso's in Nashville and I think I've replicated the sauce. Taste it for yourself and let me know if I'm close to the real thing. hubpages.com/hub/honey-ginger-sauce-rec.

This is definitely not a honey-ginger sauce. It looks just like honey mustard, but tastes more tart and light.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
