Arab israeli conflict?

On Israels side: 1) They countered the land just like America conquered American and England conquers England and France conquered France. Who should they "return it to? The Ottoman?

The Mamluk? The Crusaders? The Arabs?

The Byzantine? The Pagan Romans? The Jewish people?

The Babylonian? The Jews again? And why should they 'return" it before America returns America, England returns England, and France returns France?

2) Israel gave away part of the Sinai Peninsula, and Gaza. Look what happened. Gaza elected Hamas, a terrorist group, and destroyed the schools, playgrounds, green houses, and synagogues that were left for them.

They used the scraps from those buildings to build missiles and lunching sites to bomb Israel. 3) They Jews have longed for Israel throughout history. When they were expulsion from Spain, England, Israel and many other countries.

They prayed for Israel when Crusaders were killing them, during the many pogroms, and right before they were going to be gassed at Auschwitz. The Palestinians were formed in the 1960s from Jordan and have a much smaller history. My family comes from one of these villages. Israel was created by a UN resolution to give the Jews Israel. Before 1917 Jews made up 8% of the population And in the 1930s the percentage increased until the 1940s when the populations of Jews in Israel was much higher.

Britain decided to give what is not theirs to the Zionists and allowed massive European Jewish immigration to Palestine.

Since it sounds like you're looking for real answers for a school project and not just the personal and political opinions of whomever answers, you really need to look up the history of the conflict. For instance, one of the reasons the Palestinians claim Israel is that prior to WWII, there WAS no Israel in modern times.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
