I just read thru the malarkey that comprised the argument that had ticked off. And while I'm reading thru it, I'm thinking, "This could easily be solved by ignoring the troll. " Didn't we learn how to do that on the "old" Askville in the DB posts?

Why when the DB is moved to the "forums" at the bottom of the page and person no one likes shows up on the question board, suddenly everyone forgets how to "ignore-and-the-person-goes-away. " Really, WE are Askville, and WE need to remember how things work and how people work and if we don't like it, don't reward it. What results is the standard-issue cocktail party with the "Obama Sucks" conversation over there by the fireplace and the "Liberals are saving this country" conversation over there by the wall map and the "God is good" conversation over there by the bookshelf and the "No fate but what we make" conversation over there by the DVD player.

Occasionally, one will wander from one conversation to another, but grow irritated or bored and wander back. But the insults?! Sheesh, folks, you know that never works how you want it to!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
