I don't believe that humans are inherently good or bad. All I know is that all humans have the gift of reason and creativity which fosters positive and unselfish behavior when utilized. We have the ability to know and understand what is benefiial to us and others and we can avoid selfishness AND get what we desire at the same time through creativity and making discoveries.

We also have the power of free will that ultimately allows us to choose a path of good or bad behavior. We make hundreds, maybe thousands of decisions each day. Whether to walk or drive, what to wear, how to speak, who to call, when to eat.

Then there are the more strictly behavioral decisions: how to respond, what tone of voice to use, what body language to display, how long to pause before responses, etc. All of these decisions we make determine and define our behavior as a whole. So, those of us that take our time, consider our responses and calculate our actions, tend to make better choices. Those that lack this type of self-conscious approach to social interactions tend to make poor choices because they don't analyze the alternatives, they don't use their creativity and reason.

Usually these types of decisions are emotional and reactionary. Outside influences such as lack of education, friends, parenting, etc.Can sway us in our resolve, but ultimately we all have the power to make good or poor decisions.

No. All humans inherited sin from Adam and Eve. We have to "learn" what is considered good and acceptable behavior.

When we are born we know nothing. We just have physical needs that are inherent.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
