No , they can't - the entire middle east coalition plus the U. S and Canada's air strikes have not stopped or even slowed down ISIS so what good would Russia do with a couple or helicopters and a half dozen jets.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
