I suggest taking her to a dog obedience class with other dogs; this will improve your relationship with her and get her more focused on you. You may consider hiring a dog behaviorist. Your main issue, of course, is socializing her to other dogs.
If she acts the least bit aggressive, make her sit. Once she is under control, don't be mad but talk to her about the other dogs, give her treats when she is near other dogs without being aggressive, etc. I would suggest at home, keeping the muzzle next to the food dish. When she is fairly relaxed, rub it around on her and put it back by the dish, and give her treats if she is reasonably calm.
When she accepts this, put it on for a minute and give her a treat and take it off. Gradually increase the time she is wearing it. Meanwhile you might get a softer muzzle to put on her some of the time.
You could try one of those head collars, like a Halti.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
