Are Drug Treatment Courts (DTCs) promising or flirtatious?

Comparing & contrasting DTCs across the world Based on the known association between substance use and crime, there is a belief that to successfully reduce rates of drug related crime, drug abuse must be addressed and treated. This is the central philosophy of the most Drug Treatment Courts (DTCs) - a drug diversion program developed upon the approach of 'Breaking the Revolving Door' between drug use and crime by addressing the latter problem through the joint venture among criminal justice and treatment systems and other related community partners. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
