No they are not a couple. Justin was just on the Barbara Walters show and he confirmed he is single. But they showed a picture of he kissing a girl in the back of a car who was not Selena and she had said a few months ago on the Ellen DeGeneres show that she think Justin is to short for her and he is like a brother to her.So no they are in no way dating.
