Are TFT and LED mutually exclusive?

Technically, no. Practically, I would say yes. LCD=Liquid Crystal Display TFT=Thin Film Transistor TFT-LCD is a 'type' of display using active matrix technology, the opposite being 'passive matrix'.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
