Are the unemployment numbers skewed because many unemployed are going back to school?

Didn't hear that one, thanks for the tip. Yes I would say that it is in how it is being reported, based upon how the new definition of the word unemployed is defined. Even before, the figure wasn't accurate.

There were those who had exhausted all unemployment insurance, and they are no longer considered unemployed. Then you have those that are working part time, when they want/need a full time job, and they aren't counted. Then those who found a full time job, but aren't even earning half of what they used to earn.

They aren't counted either. Look at how the Obama administration counted the "jobs created or saved". The jobs were mostly temporary with no benefits.

If you took the 3 month job, you would have to reapply ever 3 months or so, meaning 4 temporary jobs per 12 months. Obama counted that as 4 jobs saved. That is manipulation for you.

There hasn't been 36,000 new jobs but the truth is 36,000 people just lost their seasonal jobs last month. That's where that number came from. Obama is always manipulating the truth to keep people on the line.

The rest of the numbers are people who just gave up looking and aren't counted in the unemployment numbers.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
