1 hermenzo - If you are interested in the histories of the practice of medicine, you will love the following book:The Healing Hand: Man and Wound in the Ancient World by Guido Majno, M.D. Available at Amazon (of course)The author goes into great detail about medicine (specifically the treatment of wounds) starting in Mesopotamia and taking us on a tour of ancient Egypt, Greece, Arabia, China, India and finally Rome. Although he has made some allusions to travellers bringing medical knowledge with them across continents, I doubt the healers themselves would have partaken in these treacherous journeys. It seems to me he was referring to folk medicine.
Things the traders and migrants could bring with them to the new lands. If you have any interesting reading material, please note them on the discussion board. Thanks for the question.
Wish I had enough info the give you a proper answer.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
