Are there any hostels in downtown Las Vegas for women only?

The stuff that I read about was rather disturbing. I wouldn't advise it. Expedia found three hotels for under $25, including Golden Gate Hotel and Casino, Golden Spike Hotel and Casino, and Sahara Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.

The first two are downtown, the last is on the strip. The first, had the best travelers ratings, 4 out of 5 by twenty plus different raters.

Hostels in Las Vegas are not like the hostels in Europe. Hostels are just not very popular because there are so many hotels in Vegas. Make sure to check websites often for deals.In the slow times of year (October-December) room rates are cheaper because tourism is low. This is the best time of year to come because you can get fantastic deals on everything from rooms to food. Las Vegas has a lot of security in all of the hotels.

On top of that, metro regularly patrols the Las Vegas strip and Downtown to help ensure a safe environment. If you are ever unsure about walking to your car or being safe then grab a security guard and they would be happy to escort you where ever you need to go. Any place can be dangerous so just make sure you aren't walking in an alley by yourself or inviting strange men to your room and you should be ok.
