The root cause of Black violence is how they are raising their children. Since many of them are raised by children who were raised by children, we'd have to go far back to find out when that happened and when something in that culture said that they didn't have to follow the rules of society. Perhaps TicToc is correct: That it goes back to LBJ and the Great Society.

I don't know much about either, so I couldn't say, but it does seem like that's about the time when families began to take a turn for the worse.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
