Are there any noise-canceling headphones NOT made in China?

" I need ear covering (not earbuds) noise-canceling headphones for listening to DVDs on airplanes. I love Han Chinese people and culture - I just don't like the human rights policies of their government, so I don't like buying Chinese made goods (supporting genocide in Darfur, torture in Tibet, and so forth). Any leads on finding non-Chinese made noise-canceling headphones would be very much appreciated, and I wouldn't mind it if they were under $100, either.
