Yes. A challenge for anyone charged with enforcing affirmative action programs in today’s academic environment is trying to dispel the negative stereotypes surrounding these programs. While maintaining an effective affirmative action program might entail increased effort to ensure that a diverse pool of talent is attracted, it does not mean acceptance of unqualified candidates for positions.
Each candidate selected for a position brings unique talent and credentials and no two individuals will be exactly the same. So you have to be open to the distinct talents that diverse individuals might bring to an academic environment. Given the changing census of this country, it is imperative that our students be in an environment that is inclusive of a diverse student and faculty population.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
